Sebastian Martin

Tinkering Studio.
He is an educator at the San Francisco Exploratorium’s Tinkering Studio, a place where visitors actively engage in the exploration of science, art, and technology through making and tinkering. Fascinated by the creative aspects of science, Sebastian creates playful activities, promotes impactful professional development workshops and conceives unique interactive exhibits. As a member of the Tinkering Studio, he has participated in the elaboration of activities that have been recreated and adapted in many scientific centers, classrooms and markerspaces.
He is currently working with colleagues such as the MIT media lab’s Lifelong Kindergarten group, Reggio Emilia schools, and the LEGO Foundation to gain insight into best practices and the latest developments in education.
