Paola Chiara Bartoccioni, Italian biologist and biochemist, obtained her doctorate in Biochemistry, in stays at international centers, (University of Barcelona UB), and the IRB-Barcelona (Institute for Research of Biomedicine), where she currently works. He accumulates a lot of experience in the fields of Microbiology, Fermentation Chemistry, Tissue Engineering and Molecular Biology.
