Carme Fenoll

Director of Culture and Community of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC)

Diploma in Library Science and Documentation from the University of Barcelona (UB) and a degree in Documentation from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). He has obtained two postgraduate degrees in Documentation and a master’s degree in Cultural Management. From April 2012 to April 2017 he was Head of the Library Service of the Government of Catalonia, from where he promoted innovative projects such as Wikilibraries, Libraries with DO or Read the Theatre. His career is closely linked to public libraries and education. Since January 2018, he has been head of the Rector’s Office at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), from where he promoted and coordinated the UPCArts project and STEAMConf Barcelona, ​​among others. She is currently Director of Culture and Community at the UPC.
