Belén Fernández

Passionate about digital manufacturing, architecture and STEAM education. Graduated in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, she has a master’s degree in Pedagogical Training from the Institut de Ciències de l’Educació. Enthusiast of 3D modeling, the maker world and the DIY philosophy. She has been a 3D design trainer for almost 20 years and project coordinator at the FAB Casa del Mig, a municipal manufacturing, creation and training space that promotes technological training for all audiences through maker promotion events and festivals, workshops for schools and project advice. She combines her work carrying out professional and educational activities for the public and private sectors, being the reference in Catalonia in SketchUp training, and highlighting audiovisual productions for televisions such as TV3 and TV1.
